Founded in 2011 by Rita Smyth, Role Players for Training provides a team of professional business actors, facilitators and executive coaches to support a variety of learning, development and assessment contexts.
We collaborate with educators at all levels, with businesses and professional firms, delivering a memorable, interactive learning experience.
Using an experiential approach – learning by doing and reflecting - creating bespoke and relevant case studies or scenarios, our workshops focus on wider leadership and relationship building skills - bringing theory to life. Participants are given the opportunity to practise a realistic work related challenge in a facilitated, simulated meeting in a supportive, low risk environment.
Our skilled and experienced facilitators ensure a psychological safe space where their knowledge of learning tools and models allows them to deliver valuable, non-judgemental, developmental feedback to participants. Providing a unique opportunity to reflect on the impact made and, through active, guided observation, raise awareness for all participants on what makes effective and supportive communication in these contexts.
